Price foundation, CSA and Slow Food movement and provide our clients with resources to obtain seasonal groceries from small, local sustainable farms.

Joe DeMattio is the owner of JD Fitness Llc., a fitness and nutrition consultancy that offers a holistic approach to solving health problems and improving sports performance. He heals stressors and imbalances from the inside out with customized health plans based on individual goals and biochemistry. Joe specializes in corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, hormone therapy, nutrition counseling, nutritional supplementation and holistic lifestyle coaching. Joe has a holistic discipline that employs Functional Laboratory Assessments to identify malfunctions and underlying conditions at the root of most common health complaints. He embraces metabolic individuality and provides a step by step method that allows his patients and clients to achieve repeatable, consistent and successful clinical outcomes. His customized fitness and nutrition programs have helped clients achieve their goals through weight loss, improved performance, injury prevention and improved vitality. Joe has trained and counseled individuals of all physical abilities, from youth through professional athletes. Prior to founding JD Fitness Llc., he served as a Physical Therapist Assistant for Dearborn Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. Whose clientele included the Detroit Red Wings. In addition, Joe has maintained an active practice designing corrective, performance enhancement and rehabilitative exercise programs for clients with chronic musculoskeletal problems, weekend warriors and professional athletes. He is also a life-time natural competitive bodybuilder, who practices what he preaches.
